JP_BISEI_2

I replaced lightmeters at Yonago and Bisei from Mark2.3 to MarkPro2.4. So please provide ACCESSKEYs for them. Probably STATIONIDs will be JP_YONAGO_3 and JP_BISEI_2, respectively

BISEI_2
stationId: 2
long/lat/height: same with BISEI_1
S/N: 1040007.000
Since: 20100820 19:20 (localtime)
type: MarkPro2.4

Provisional calibration, 2010 Sep 9

stationId: 1
longitude: 133.54528 (WGS84)
latitude: 34.67194 (WGS84)
height: 420 m
lightmeter: Mark 2.3 V05.05 S/N 908099.1397

I installed a lightmeter at Bisei Observatory, Bisei-town, Japan as the second lightmeter in this country. Bisei town is famous for its dark-sky ordinance, which is the first one in Japan.
